Serious.Partners ("we", "us", "our") operates as an MVAS Affiliate Network. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services at serious.partners.
We collect the following categories of data: (a) Account information: name, email address, Telegram/Skype handle, country of residence; (b) Payment details: USDT/USDC wallet addresses, bank wire details, Capitalist account ID required to process payouts; (c) Traffic and performance data: click counts, conversion rates, offer statistics, IP-based geolocation of traffic; (d) Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We process your data for the following purposes: to provide and maintain our affiliate platform services; to process payouts and financial transactions; to monitor traffic quality and prevent fraud; to communicate with you regarding offers, account updates, and support; to comply with applicable legal obligations; to improve our services through aggregated analytics.

"Platform" refers to the Serious.Partners affiliate network and all related services. "Partner" (or "Affiliate") means any individual or entity registered on the Platform to promote offers. "Offer" means a mobile subscription campaign (1-click, 2-click, PIN-submit, or other MVAS flow) available on the Platform. "Operator" means a mobile network operator whose services are promoted through offers.
To register as a Partner, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to approve or decline any registration at our sole discretion. Each Partner may maintain only one account.
Partners agree to: promote offers only through legitimate and legal traffic sources; comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction; not engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bot traffic, click fraud, incentivized traffic (unless explicitly permitted), cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising; not use brand names, trademarks, or creatives of operators without prior written approval; promptly inform us of any compliance issues or suspected fraud.
Payouts are processed on a daily basis subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold. Available payout methods: WIRE transfer, USDT, USDC, Capitalist. We reserve the right to withhold or adjust payouts if fraudulent or non-compliant traffic is detected. In case of disputes, we will provide supporting data and work toward a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of Serious.Partners or its licensors. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting offers. This license is revocable at any time.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of unpaid commissions owed to the Partner at the time of the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. We may suspend or terminate a Partner's account immediately if we detect violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws. Upon termination, earned and verified commissions will be paid out according to the standard payout schedule.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
